Flaxseed is an excellent source of Omega fatty acids. Widely known to help prevent thinning and hair loss, flaxseed, along with other natural ingredients and carrier oils such as avocado and coconut, is used to help improve overall hair health.

Directions:

Wet hair thoroughly and apply a moderate amount.

Gently massage into hair and scalp.

For thicker textures that are prone to tangles, start at the roots.

Gently shampoo by running fingers through hair, working your way to the ends, carefully working out tangles.

Rinse thoroughly.

Repeat to ensure hair and scalp are clean and impurities have been rinsed away.

For best results, gently remove excess water from hair.
