Terms and Conditions

The User agrees to select, use and keep their username or "login" and their password or "password".

All product prices appear with VAT included. They do not include transportation charges or type of payment. The price of our articles is the one indicated at all times on our website. Belleza Plus reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a price change, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect during the order registration.

If it is detected that there has been an error in entering the price of a product, after receiving an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident, and offer you the option of cancellation or maintenance in the correct conditions. Automatic confirmation submission does not validate erroneous pricing conditions.

In case of cancellation, any amount that has been paid will be refunded. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not be processed.

Items visible on the website are only available while stocks last. In the event that the contract cannot be executed due to the purchased good not being available, this circumstance will be immediately reported, and the consumer may request a refund of the sums paid at no cost to the consumer.
