The Two-Step Protein Treatment process was developed to repair severely damaged hair, including hair that is breaking, over-processed, over-bleached, severely damaged, and can also be used as a pre-treatment for coloring hair. No method is better for repairing damaged hair than a two-step approach. This recovery process is highly recommended for hair that:

Is too weak or fine to take a perm or relaxer. (use the week BEFORE service)

Is overly bleached.

Will not hold color. (Use BEFORE color application for 30% less fading after 10 washes)

Breaks when combing or brushing.

Is soft when wet and brittle after drying.

How to Use:

Shake well before use!

Gently cleanse hair with ApHogee Shampoo for Damaged Hair. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.

Apply enough ApHogee Treatment to fully saturate hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb for even distribution.

Leave hair uncovered, DO NOT use plastic cap. Seat client in a dryer on medium heat, with high airflow. (Alternatively, a hand dryer may be used, but hair MUST NOT be agitated while drying.) NOTE: When ApHogee Treatment dries on hair, hair becomes extremely hard. DO NOT comb or brush hair while ApHogee Treatment is dry and in hair.

Re-wet and gently rinse with warm water. Remove all excess dried protein. Towel dry.

Apply ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer to hair and scalp. Leave on for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Proceed to next service or style as usual.
