Shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the payment. Whichever shipping way you chose, we will provide you a link where you can track your order online. Shipping charges include handling and Packaging charges. Our packages are insured. Shipping costs including VAT.

Peninsula - Portugal

Shipments to Peninsula and Portugal are made by GLS. Shipping costs are 4.95 Euros. The delivery time to the shipping address is between 24 to 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For orders over 60 euros, shipping costs are free.

Balearic Islands

Shipments to Illes Balears are made by Correos or GLS. Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are 7.90 Euros. All shipments to the Balearic Islands are exempt from applying any promotion on shipping costs. The delivery time to the shipping address is between 2 to 4 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Canary Islands

Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are 9.90 Euros. All shipments to The Canary Islands are exempt from applying any promotion on the expenses of Shipping. The delivery time to the shipping address is between 4 to 6 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. This rate is for less than 2 kgs orders. If the order weights more than 2kgs, then the rate is 18.90 euros.

International deliveries

Shipments to Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg).are made by GLS. The shipping costs are 8.95 Euros. The term of delivery to the shipping address is between 2 to 5 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In orders over 130 Euros the shipping costs are Free.

Shipments to Sweden are made by GLS. The shipping costs are 13.90 Euros. The term of delivery to the shipping address is between 3 to 6 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In orders over 180 Euros the shipping costs are Free.

Returns

Contact through our email info@bellezaplus.com or by phone (640616505) to communicate that you want to make a return of your order.

The return period is 14 business days from the date you receipt the shipment. If the client wants an exchange or a refund of the product, send us back the order, paying the shipping costs. The product must be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and with all the accessories or gifts included.

In all cases, you must attach the purchase invoice. Belleza Plus will send a messenger to collect your order. You have to pay the 7.30 Euros of the shipping cost. The refund of the product will be done when the product arrives at our facilities and it is verified that the product has not been in any case manipulated or altered.

If the return is due to the fact that the product is defective or was not the one requested, as well as  defective products under warranty, the collection costs will be charged by Belleza Plus.
